Refund & Return Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of digital products, bundles, coaching services, and related offers sold by Pyragonics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy before your purchase is processed. That confirmation constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. General Rules
- Refund eligibility is determined by the terms stated on the product's sales page and at checkout.
- If a product is clearly marked "No Refunds", that purchase is final and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by law.
- Default rule: If no specific refund terms are stated on the product page or sales page, the refund period is fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
3. Digital Products
- No-Refund Items: Certain digital products (e.g., instant-access downloads, custom work, promotional specials, or low-ticket items) are non-refundable. This will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
- Refundable Items: Other digital products may include a refund window of up to 14 days. If a refund period applies, it will be displayed on the product page or checkout.
- Access or Download: For some products, refunds may remain available within the applicable window even after access. For other products, the sale is final once accessed or downloaded. The specific terms on the product page will govern.
- Product Description: We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products prior to purchase. If you believe a product was materially different from how it was described, contact us within the applicable refund window before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
- Delivery: Upon completed purchase, a confirmation and access email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours.
4. Custom & Personalized Work
Some products and services involve custom or personalized work built specifically for you. These include (but are not limited to) personalized roadmaps, diagnostic reports, and similar individually prepared deliverables.
Because custom work begins immediately upon purchase and has no resale value once started, all custom and personalized purchases are final. No refund will be issued once work has begun, regardless of whether the completed deliverable has been delivered to you.

5. Coaching Services
All coaching products and services sold by Pyragonics are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. What constitutes the beginning of an engagement is defined by the specific terms of each product, as set out below. Any coaching products or services added in the future will be governed by this section and their own stated terms at the time of purchase.
Instalment & Split-Pay Options
Where a coaching product is offered with an instalment or split-pay option, selecting that option constitutes an agreement to pay the full stated amount in its entirety. An instalment plan is a payment arrangement only — it is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled once initiated.
If any scheduled payment fails or is not completed within 7 days of its due date, access to all associated coaching services and materials will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Failure to complete all payments does not release you from the obligation to pay the remaining balance. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts.
All payments made under an instalment plan are subject to the same refund terms as the coaching product to which they apply. No refund will be issued on any payment once the engagement has begun, as defined by the product terms.
Email Coaching
Email coaching engagements are sold as a complete package for the full stated period and price. They are not month-to-month arrangements and cannot be partially refunded for unused time. A refund may be requested only if no email exchange has yet taken place between the parties. Once a single coaching email has been sent or received, the engagement is considered initiated and no refund will be issued.
6. Bundles & Promotions
- Bundles, discounted packages, and promotional sales may carry stricter refund terms than individual products. These will be displayed clearly on the bundle's sales page.
- Free bonuses included with a purchase are not eligible for refunds or credits.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), you must email us within the applicable refund period:

- Include the following proof of purchase:
- Full name
- Email address used at checkout
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Refund requests submitted without complete proof of purchase will not be processed.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.
8. Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or your credit card provider waives your right to a refund under this policy.
- We reserve the right to vigorously dispute chargebacks and provide proof of purchase, delivery, and agreement to these terms.
- Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account termination and denial of future access to our products and services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, you agree to contact us directly first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We can be reached at kevin@kevinhammer.org or kevin@pyragonics.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all support requests within 3 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through us will be considered a breach of this agreement and may be disputed accordingly.
10. Exceptions
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased product and cannot be resolved after reasonable support attempts.
11. California Compliance
Under California law (Civil Code Section 1723 and Business & Professions Code Section 17538), refund policies more restrictive than a full refund must be conspicuously displayed at the point of sale, and online vendors must make their legal name, address, and refund policy publicly available for the duration of any outstanding order.
By purchasing from Pyragonics, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the refund terms displayed on the product sales page and at checkout.
12. Licensing of Digital Products
All digital products sold by Pyragonics are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Purchase does not transfer ownership rights.
