These days I’ve got different ways to work with people depending on what they need. Some want coaching (all done through email, no calls or appointments). Some want a plan they can follow. Some just want to grab what they need and run with it.

Years as a therapist taught me how to spot those patterns. Time in the trenches taught me which ones show up in business.
